Yes, any time. Upgrading to Pro costs the difference (€800) plus the extra features (language +€300, analytics +€150).
Yes. All Care plans can be cancelled monthly at the end of the month. No minimum contract. When you cancel, you receive a full handover report with all credentials.
With the final invoice, the source code passes entirely into your ownership (buyout clause in the contract). You receive the Git repository, all design files and the infrastructure definition. No vendor lock-in.
Within 30 calendar days of launch you can request cancellation in writing. We refund all paid instalments within 14 banking days. You keep the source code.
Two documents: (1) a service contract with scope, milestones and price, (2) an optional maintenance contract. All documents come as PDF drafts for review before you accept the quote. No clauses in the small print.
