Questions we get every time.

Why are you not cheaper than a standard agency?

Often we are not, at first glance. On the second look you save money because there are no change requests, no platform fee, and we are still around in three years. Calculate the three-year TCO, not the launch price.

Do we really own the code?

Yes. Once paid, you get the repository (GitHub/GitLab), the infrastructure docs, all credentials, and a written transfer of rights. You could continue with another agency tomorrow — technically nothing would block that.

What if requirements change during the project?

Every fixed price includes an explicit buffer for small changes. Bigger changes are discussed openly — with quote, timeline impact and your decision. No silent extra invoices.

How does maintenance work?

Monthly fixed fee, depending on scope. Included: security updates, monitoring, backups, smaller bug fixes, and a monthly hour budget for changes. Larger features are commissioned separately.

Can you connect to our existing system (SAP/BMD/...)?

In 90% of cases, yes. We have connected SAP, BMD, Dynamics, Lexoffice, Hiboutik and various sector-specific systems. If the ERP is exotic, we look at it together in the first call.

How big is your team, actually?

Small, and deliberately small. Two people at the core, plus a lean network for peaks (design, content, DevOps). That is our advantage, not our problem.

Do you also build apps?

We deliberately do not build native apps (iOS/Android) ourselves — instead we build PWAs that feel like apps, live on the home screen and support push notifications. In 95% of cases that is enough. For the rest, we recommend partners we trust.
